Online Sessions work beautifully - allowing you to relax in your own space, avoid travel time and fully switch off for a while.
Simply log in (usually via Zoom - Camera On), get yourself comfortable, and allow yourself the time and space to relax and reset.
In Person Sessions are based in 'The Nook' at Outside Lives - 7 Mins from Mold, Gwernymynydd, Flintshire, CH7 5LE.
This session will offer you a gentle intro to the way I work - Ideal for anyone considering making more changes this new year.

Yes – this session is designed to help you make positive shifts in your mind generally.
No, my content-free approach means you don’t need to share anything with me if you don't want to and you definitely don't need to talk all about things. Your subconscious mind already know and we get it refocussed on what you now want.
Not at all, hypnosis is a natural state of hightened focus and internal awareness that we all experience regularly. In Hypnotherapy we purposly enter that state and deepend it to help you make the changes you want for yourself. I guide you through the process and all you need to do is to get comfortable and be open to relaxing to the sound of my voice.
You are free to choose which option suits you best right now. Online I ususally use Zoom - Camera needs to be on - Mobiles are fine.
Payments via Stripe for your security which allows: Debit/ Credit Card, Bank Transfer, PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay & Klarna.
